The sanctuary of the Immaculate Conception Cathedral has a large sky blue dome on top and a single-shelf white reredos that contains a crucifix enclosed in a brown semi-oblong frame, six candles in front of the crucifix, and the tabernacle just below the crucifix. The reredos is flanked by two steel gates. The altar in front of the reredos is also white and draped with white cloth and a sun-like embossed decoration in front. The lectern on the left is also white with embossed decoration of four persons. The priest's chair is on the right. On the left of the lectern is the cathedra or bishop's throne; it is navy blue with goldtone highlights. It has a roof-like dome on top, main chair, two side chairs, and a podium in front of the main chair.A stained glass panel shows Mary being surrounded by the apostles. The Holy Spirit in dove form also hovers above Mary. In front of the stained glass window is a statue of Mary wearing a crown and carrying baby Jesus. Microphones are also partly visible at the bottom; this is the location for the choir. One of the confessionals in the Immaculate Conception Cathedral has three entrances, one at the center for the priest and two on the sides for the penitents. It is color brown and looks like made of wood. The top part above the penitents' chambers has ten small crosses (five on each), while a semicircular decoration with a large cross tops the priest's chamber. A semi-oblong stained glass window depicting the Holy Family. Jesus is in white and in Amen posed as if he is praying. Mary is in blue and white clothing, reading a large book, probably the Bible, and posed as if explaining to Jesus. Joseph is standing on the right, watching over Jesus and Mary, wearing red and orange clothing. The scene is surrounded by Greek pillars and floral patterns. Below the Holy family is the coat of arms of the late Jaime Cardinal Sin: the one that contains a tower, a merlion, two shells, three flowers, and a cross with a heart at the center.A picture of the side of the Immaculate Conception Cathedral shows how long the church is as compared to its front. The side has several semi-oblong windows, doors with arches above, and a long veranda that is there due to the uneven elevation of the surrounding land; the veranda is on the same level as the front of the church.
